How we do it at DentiClinic
First we go through together what bothers you about your smile and design a shape and shade that suit your face. We prepare the teeth only as much as necessary. While you wait for the final restoration from the laboratory, you receive a temporary one so you are never without teeth.
Before and after treatment
- We recommend dental hygiene before aesthetic treatment
- With a temporary restoration, avoid hard and sticky food
- It takes a few days to get used to a new tooth – that is normal
- Come for check-ups and hygiene twice a year to extend the life of your restoration

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a veneer and a crown?
A veneer is a thin ceramic shell on the front surface of the tooth and mainly changes its shape and colour. A crown covers the whole tooth and is used for more extensive damage.
How long do veneers last?
With good hygiene and regular check-ups, typically more than 10 years. It is important not to bite hard objects and to wear a splint if you grind your teeth.
Is whitening safe?
Under a dentist’s supervision, yes. Before whitening we check your teeth and gums. Teeth may be more sensitive for a few days afterwards. Fillings and crowns do not whiten.
Does insurance cover crowns and dentures?
It contributes only to some basic restorations. Veneers, ceramic crowns and whitening are paid directly and can be spread into instalments via Quatro.
