How to become our patient
Booking
Fill in the short form or call us. We get back to you on the same working day and offer two appointment times.
Initial examination
We check your teeth, gums and mucosa and take an X-ray if needed.
Treatment plan
We explain the findings and the options. You receive a written plan with the price of every item.
Regular care
We remind you of your next check-up and hygiene, so you do not have to keep track.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, adults and children insured with VšZP, Dôvera or Union, as well as self-paying patients.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a list of the medication you take and, if you have them, older X-rays or reports from your previous dentist.
Do I need to deregister from my previous dentist?
No. It is enough to sign an agreement on dental care with us at your first visit.
How quickly will I get an appointment?
We get back to you on the same working day and offer two specific appointment times. Acute pain is treated as a priority.
Do you speak English?
Yes, we treat English-speaking patients.
Where can I park?
Free parking is right in front of the Westend Gate building. The clinic is on the ground floor with step-free access.
