Terms and conditions

These terms govern the provision of dental healthcare and related services by DentiClinic s. r. o. Appointments, treatment, payments, cancellations and patient responsibilities are subject to the current price list, informed consent and applicable Slovak healthcare legislation.

Patients are required to provide accurate health information, follow clinical instructions and notify the clinic of changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Costs not covered by public health insurance are payable according to the current price list.

Terms of the Dental hygiene 1+1 offer

  1. The offer applies to patients who conclude an agreement on the provision of dental care with DentiClinic s.r.o. and transfer their medical records to DentiClinic.
  2. The patient pays the first dental hygiene at the standard price according to the current price list. Health insurers may contribute according to their own terms.
  3. The second dental hygiene is free of charge if it is performed no later than 7 months after the first hygiene.
  4. If the second hygiene is not performed within this period, the right to it expires without compensation.
  5. The free hygiene is not transferable to another person, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  6. Patients who do not wish to transfer their records may have a single hygiene at the standard price.
  7. The offer applies to children and adults. DentiClinic may change or end the offer; rights already acquired remain valid.
