How we do it at DentiClinic
On your first visit we take our time. We go through your medical history, teeth, gums, mucosa and bite, show you the findings on a screen and give you a written treatment plan with the price of each item. Nothing is done without your consent.
Before and after treatment

Frequently asked questions
Is the preventive check-up covered by insurance?
Yes. VšZP, Dôvera and Union cover a preventive check-up once a year for adults and twice a year for children under 18. If you skip it, your insurer may not cover part of your treatment the following year, so it is worth not putting it off.
How often do you take X-rays?
Only when needed. On the first visit we usually take a panoramic X-ray of all teeth, later targeted X-rays depending on the findings. Digital X-rays use a very low dose of radiation.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a list of the medication you take and, if you have them, older X-rays or reports from your previous dentist.
When should I bring my child for the first check-up?
When the first teeth come through, at the latest around the first birthday. The first visits are short and playful so your child gets used to the dentist without fear.
