Before placing an implant we carry out an examination and X-ray, and you receive a plan with the exact price upfront. We handle both the surgery and the crown in one place, so you don’t have to travel between clinics. Treatment can be spread into instalments via Quatro.
Before and after treatment
- Before the procedure tell us about all medication, especially blood thinners
- On the first day, cool your cheek and avoid hot food
- Don’t smoke or drink alcohol for a few days – they slow healing
- Come for a check-up after 7–10 days, when we remove the stitches
Frequently asked questions
Does implant placement hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and is usually less unpleasant than a tooth extraction. Afterwards regular painkillers are usually enough.
How long does the whole process take?
From placement to crown usually 3–6 months, while the implant fuses with the bone. During healing we can fill the gap with a temporary replacement.
Is an implant covered by insurance?
No, implants are paid directly. You receive the exact price after the examination in your plan, and treatment can be spread into instalments via Quatro.
What if I don’t have enough bone?
We assess that on the X-ray during the consultation. Based on the findings we propose a solution that is safe and stable in the long term for you.
Do you extract wisdom teeth?
Yes. We perform simple and surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth, directly at the clinic under local anaesthesia.
